2–8 June, Nizhny Novgorod is hosting the Digitalization of Industrial Russia (CIPR) 10th Conference. This time, our event will once again assert its international status: members representing over 30 countries and major international groups are going to attend our business sessions and take part in our fair. Moreover, a Global Digital Forum is going to take place on the sidelines of the conference; this forum will serve as a platform where best practices can be shared and fruitful international partnerships established.
The Victory Cup ice hockey tournament will be held in Nizhny Novgorod as part of the X CIPR Conference.

On June 2-4, 2025, the Victory Cup ice hockey tournament dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War will be held in Nizhny Novgorod at the Nagorny Sports Palace as part of CIPR-2025.
“The organization of sports events within the framework of major business forums and conferences is already becoming a good tradition. So, the ice hockey tournament will be held for the second time as part of the CIPR. This is a great opportunity to show teamwork not only in solving joint professional tasks, but also in moving towards victory in the sports arena. We invite all Nizhny Novgorod residents who are not passionate about ice hockey to come and support the teams, to see the ice hockey stick skills of those who move our digital country forward every day. I am sure it will be interesting and spectacular!” said Dmitry Kabaylo, Minister of Sports of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
Four teams will compete for the victory. These are the Digital SpetsnaZ team, which includes ministers and heads of digital transformation of the regions of Russia; the Dynamo NN team, consisting of participants and veterans of the Special Military Operation and other military operations; the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region team, for which representatives of the regional leadership will play; and the Digital Squad team bringing together representatives of companies and partner participants of CIPR.
“A sports tournament is a great opportunity to unite not only in working moments, but also in the game, when emotions are running high, and it is important to be united to win — these same qualities are important in achieving large-scale projects. I am sure that ice hockey will become an interesting element of the digital conference for Nizhny Novgorod residents and CIPR guests. We will try to show a beautiful game on the ice and look forward to everyone supporting the team they like!” said Alexandr Sinelobov, Minister of Digital Development and Communications of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
On June 2, at 19:50, the opening ceremony of the tournament will take place at the Nagorny Sports Palace with the participation of honored guests and teams. Yevgeny Ivanovich Makarov, an honorary citizen of Nizhny Novgorod, an honored veteran of the Great Patriotic War, will perform a symbolic puck drop on the ice.
On the same day, two semi-finals will be held: between the teams Dynamo — Digital SPETSNAZ and Government of Ukraine — Digital Landing. Dynamo vs Digital SpetsnaZ, and Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region vs Digital Squad. The first game starts at 20:20.
On June 3, at 20:00, the match for the third place will take place (between the teams that lost their respective semi-finals on the first day).
The final match will be played on June 4 at 17:10 (between the teams that won on the first day).
