CIPR Signed an International Agreement with AI Global Association at GITEX GLOBAL-2025

CIPR continues to foster international cooperation in high technology, including with the digital market partners of the Middle East. Last week, a CIPR team visited GITEX GLOBAL-2025, the largest tech exhibition in Dubai, UAE. This event brings together industry leaders, innovators and start-ups from all over the globe. During the event, the CIPR delegation met with international participants and concluded an agreement with AI Global Association to develop international IT projects.

CIPR annually reaffirms its status as Russia’s No. 1 communication platform for integration with friendly states and for global best practices showcasing. International businesses come to this conference in order to make contacts with their Russian counterparts – and vice versa. Each year, CIPR has been expanding its international dimension and global footprint in terms of attendee provenance. Last year, our event attendees represented 25 countries, while this year they were over 40. IT contracts were signed with China, Cuba, Serbia, Iran, Myanmar, Kyrgyzstan, and Equatorial Guinea. Our conference’s global agenda enables our international attendees to find common points of interest, strike investment deals, introduce logistics routes and create new financial mechanisms.

“One of our conference’s key priorities is to develop a global digital business environment. We’re witnessing an upward trend when it comes to international cooperation; through visiting and integrating with other major tech fairs we’ve been able to build long-term friendships with our partners, which implies best practice sharing and international networking,’ said Ms. Olga Piven, Co‑Founder and CEO of the CIPR Conference.

As a part of the event, CIPR and AI Global Association signed a memorandum on joint efforts to implement innovation & tech projects. The parties expressed their commitment to unlocking the potential of public-private and international partnership forms, including with partners from BRICS+, ASEAN, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and other friendly states.

In 2026, the international section at CIPR fair is going to host even more products and solutions offered by international attendees. In addition, collaborating with major international fairs is not everything CIPR is interested in; our platform maintains close ties with Russia’s key business events. In September, our team attended the TNF Industrial & Energy Forum in Tyumen, and in early October they went to Finopolis 2025, a digital fintech forum held in Sochi.
