The Business Program of the Tech-Friendly Weekend Has Been Announced – Wylsacom, Andrey Sebrant, Alexandra Zharkova and Other Top Speakers of the Creative Industry Will Perform at the Festival

The business program of the Tech-Friendly Weekend, a satellite of the CIPR Conference, will be held at key city venues in Nizhny Novgorod: from the Nizhny Novgorod Fair to the Vysota Youth Center. From June 5 to 8, discussions will be held here on how technologies are changing media, business, education, science, and everyday life — without complex terms, but with real expertise. Wylsacom, Andrey Sebrant, Alexandra Zharkova, Andrey Konyaev, Anastasia Poletaeva, Daniil Trabun, as well as experts from Yandex, Sber, Alfa-Bank, entrepreneurs, and representatives of the artificial intelligence industry will perform on the Festival stage. The conversation about the digital present will continue in the format of lectures, public talks, workshops, and an entertainment program.

The speakers of the business program include experts, entrepreneurs, popularizers of science, and authors who know how to speak simply about complex things. This year, the Tech-Friendly Weekend Festival will feature: tech blogger and creator of the eponymous YouTube Show Wylsacom, scientist, and Yandex Services Marketing Director Andrey Sebrant, founder of the SETTERS and SETTERS MEDIA Agencies Alexandra Zharkova, popularizer of science and publisher of the popular science online media N+1 Andrey Konyaev, media manager, blogger, and partner of the K2 Agency Georgy Lobushkin, Executive Director of the Sber Neuroscience Laboratory Denis Parshin, editor, journalist, blogger, and author of the Bezfiltrov Telegram Channel and YouTube Show Anastasia Poletaeva, journalist and AI evangelist Daniil Trabun, author of the Beskromny Telegram Channel and CEO of the bQ Group Digital Agency Dmitry Beskromny, and many others.

The main theme of the Tech-Friendly Weekend is artificial intelligence in creative industries. The Festival’s business program includes eight thematic tracks covering key areas in which technologies are actively transforming familiar areas of life. Participants will enjoy discussions and sessions on finance, marketing and media, art, authorship, fashion, ecology, human capital, and education. From training neural networks to the impact of AI on creative industries, each track will become an entry point to the technological agenda and an opportunity to look at the future in terms of various professions or interests.

“We live in a world where artificial intelligence is no longer something distant – it is already close to us: in our phone, in business, in creativity. Understanding these processes should begin not with technical reference books, but with a live conversation. Tech-Friendly Weekend gives young people and a wide audience this chance – not to be afraid of technology, but to use it as a tool of the future,” noted Irina Efimova, General Director of OMG, organizer of the CIPR Conference and the Tech-Friendly Weekend Festival.

Separate blocks of the Festival’s business program are addressed to students and schoolchildren. Students will have career sessions with representatives of HR Departments of leading corporations. And the Tech-Friendly Weekend for Children special program will tell how neural networks help protect the digital space from malicious content and why it is important to be able to navigate the online environment.

“New format festivals help to develop the technological thinking of teenagers and students, those who will determine the appearance of the digital economy in the coming years. We want Tech-Friendly Weekend to become a space of inspiration for them, a safe entrance to the complex but incredible world of AI and digital professions,” emphasized Olga Piven, co-founder and Director of the CIPR Conference and the Tech-Friendly Weekend Festival.

The Festival’s entertainment program will be a bright addition to the business part and will continue the conversation about technologies in an easy and lively format. Participants of the Tech-Friendly Weekend will experience a symbiosis of modern technologies, music, sports and gastronomy. Pop-up corners, food trucks of the city’s best restaurants and a fitness bar will operate on the open area in front of the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. Everyone will be able to play football in the phygital zone, do yoga or stretching in the open air and enjoy live concerts.
