From November 14 to 16, 2024, Shenzhen hosted the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF-2024), the largest technology exhibition in East Asia. At the event, CIPR, in collaboration with the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region, presented a joint booth for the second time, showcasing Russian solutions for the international market. The Russian delegation comprised representatives of leading technology companies, including MTS, 1C, Dao Tech, and STM Labs, as well as a number of Nizhny Novgorod companies that presented the region’s developments and achievements.
CYPR-2024 Will Address Hypertransition to the Data Economy
The 9th Digitalization of Industrial Russia Conference (CIPR) will take place in Nizhny Novgorod on May 21-24, 2024. The business program of the event will include over 100 discussions and sessions in five main areas. The central focus will be on the transformation of the digital economy into data economy.
The CIPR-2024 business program includes five thematic tracks, each of which provides insight into a different facet of digitalization:
– CIPR. Data Economy will explore the transformation of the digital economy into a Data Economy. The speakers will discuss a strategy for transitioning to a data-driven approach in the economic and social spheres.
– CIPR. Industry will address the transformation of industry, as well as the development and implementation of digital technologies within it. Particular attention will be paid to data handling in industry and information security.
– CIPR. AI will cover technologies and key trends in AI and data handling. Agenda items include AI infrastructure, hardware solutions and algorithms, as well as the fundamentals of AI development and its economic effects on different industries.
– CIPR. The Reverse Side of Technology will examine the backside of technology and its impact on society and human relationships.
– CIPR. Children is a special project for the digital generation and their parents, focusing on technology and psychology.
“The CIPR conference program, as in previous years, addresses the digital challenges currently facing the State. At the main plenary session, we will discuss the new national project, Data Economy, and the main steps towards data-based management. There will be a particular focus on the interaction with the BRICS countries. I would like to make a special mention of the special project, CIPR. Children. It is crucial that new technologies for the younger generation are not only engaging but also secure”, emphasized Gleb Nikitin, Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region.
The first day of the conference will feature the main plenary session, during which the new national project, Data Economy, will be discussed in a public forum. The discussions will cover technological sovereignty, trends in the development of digital government, and artificial intelligence in development. The participants will consider the culture of working with data, including how to turn digital transformation from an idea into a practical tool while maintaining data security and protecting digital systems.
The second day of the conference will include a business program with a focus on new approaches to identifying priority areas for the development of Russian industrial software. Separate panel discussions will address import substitution, cybersecurity, the digital sovereignty of the oil industry, digital developments for industry and the commercial sector. The focus will also be on labor market transformation, digital workforce training, and the integration of new communication forms into corporate culture.
On the third day of the conference, special attention will be paid to international cooperation between the BRICS countries in various areas of economy digitalization. The initial outcomes of the National Strategy for the Development of Artificial Intelligence until 2030 will also be reviewed. Furthermore, the participants will be presented with best practices for working with artificial intelligence and data in key industries, as well as new approaches to databases as a service. Another key topic for discussion will be digital hygiene for the younger generation.
