On June 2-4, 2025, the Victory Cup ice hockey tournament dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War will be held in Nizhny Novgorod at the Nagorny Sports Palace as part of CIPR-2025.
Cybersecurity will Become One of the Key Topics at the CIPR Conference for the First Time

Cybersecurity will be one of the key tracks of the business program of the CIPR Conference developed with the participation of the CyberDom team. The “CIPR.Cybersecurity” track will feature 11 sessions.
While cybersecurity previously appeared in the program only fragmentarily — as individual partner sessions — in 2025, it has reached a new level of prominence. This fact emphasizes that cybersecurity is no longer a niche expertise but has become a strategic priority for management, government, business, and society at large.
“In an era where all spheres of life — from the economy to healthcare — are closely connected with technology, and information is the most valuable resource, the protection of data and systems becomes a priority. Cybersecurity and security are the foundation of confidence and stability for critical infrastructure in the digital world. This year, as part of the anniversary CIPR business program, with the support of Cyberdom, we will present a separate track dedicated to combating cybercrime,” said Olga Piven, co-founder and Director of CIPR.
“It is critically important for us not only to give the industry a voice and tangible weight, but also to build a logical and relevant cybersecurity agenda — from protecting SMEs and critical infrastructure to bug hunting and export potential. Cyberdom contributes to the development of a business security culture in the country, so we are grateful to CIPR for taking an active part in forming this track, involving as many professional experts as possible on the most important platform for an open conversation about the information security of industry, business and the state,” said Alexandra Shadyuk, Deputy General Director of Cyberdom.
The CIPR.Cybersecurity track covers a wide range of issues — from the digital sustainability of critical infrastructure to the ethics of using AI in cyber defense, from cooperation between information security companies and industry to training new generation personnel. The session participants will include representatives of technology giants, information security startups, large industrial players, as well as national project curators and independent experts.
The involvement and supervision of Cyberdom, bringing together a large expert community of cybersecurity and IT, made it possible to focus not only on technology, but also on the human factor — trust, professional connections, and a culture of safe environment. Thanks to this multifaceted approach, the track promises to become one of the most substantial and relevant, while also serving as a foundation for shaping business managers who prioritize information security as a key part of the strategy.
The plenary session “Digital Fraudsters. Cyber Reality of the Russian Economy” will be held on the first day of the conference, June 2. The session will raise issues of digital fraud and the challenges that businesses currently face as a result. An important problem is the inequality in access to security tools between large businesses and SMEs, how to resist modern cyberattacks and help companies reach the highest level of security. The session will be moderated by journalist Igor Vittel, with speakers including Maksut Shadayev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation; Stanislav Bliznyuk, President of T-Technologies; Ivan Guz, CEO of Avito; Inessa Galaktionova, CEO of MTS; Igor Lyapunov, General Director of Solar Group; Zulfiya Kakhrumanova, Deputy Chairman of the Bank of Russia; Yury Maksimov, co-founder of Positive Technologies; co-founder of Cyberus; Vladimir Verkhoshinsky, Chief Managing Director of Alfa-Bank.
The increased attention to the topic of cybersecurity at CIPR-2025 is not just a reaction to growing threats. It reflects the maturity of the industry, the recognition of risks, and the importance of a collective response. The new track is a platform where business, government, and community representatives will be able not only to discuss pressing challenges of information security, but also to find practical solutions, develop an action strategy, and strengthen the digital immunity of the economy.
