CIPR Digital 2024 Award Winners Have Been Announced

The award jury chaired by Maksut Shadayev, Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, determined the winners among the finalists of the CIPR Digital Award in each of 13 categories. The award ceremony took place in Nizhny Novgorod as part of the CIPR 2024 conference.

Award winners by categories:

  • Health of the Nation: Sitronics CT, JSC, with the Digital Hospital Management Platform project.
  • Digital Breakthrough in Industry: TetraSoft, LLC, with the RigSpace Russian Drilling Unified Digital Information Platform (RigSpace Drilling UIDP) project.
  • Digitalization of Education: Russian National Commercial Bank with the Digital Environment, Education project, the Republic of Crimea.
  • Digitalization of Transport: Sheremetyevo International Airport with the Digital Airport Management Center project.
  • Digitalization of Energy: Severstal, PJSC, with the Air Pressure Control Model in the Chief Power Engineer Department of Cherepovets Steel Mill Utility project.
  • Digital Solution in Agriculture: Russkoye Polye MC with the My Chicken. Digital Transformation of the Poultry Production Franchise project.
  • Smart City and Housing and Utility Services: The Government of Saratov Region with the Saratov Region Resident Card digital service.
  • Digital Nature: A Digital Platform of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
  • The Best Fintech Project: VTB, VTB Innovation Management System.
  • The Best Digital Platform: The Fastest Way to Create Marketplaces and Aggregates of any Complexity. BASIS Framework by Bolshaya Troika, LLC.
  • Leader of Digital Transformation: Alisa Valerievna Melnikova, Chief Digital and Information Officer of SIBUR.
  • The Best Regional Digitalization Case: Bingosoft with the IPMIS in Nizhny Novgorod Region: Big Data-Based Digital Transformation of Construction project.
  • The Best AI Case: the REO Information System for Monitoring Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Facilities by Russian Environmental Operator Public Law Company.

In 2024, 480 applications were submitted for participation in the award program from leading Russian companies, departments and subjects of the Russian Federation. 458 applications were included in the award longlist based on the results of technical selection. The CIPR Digital 2024 Award is supported by the Russian Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Digital Economy Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization.

The CIPR Digital Award is the fourth annual digital technology business award aimed at popularizing Russian projects and developments in data economy. The award is traditionally held within the framework of the Digitalization of Industrial Russia conference.
