From November 14 to 16, 2024, Shenzhen hosted the China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF-2024), the largest technology exhibition in East Asia. At the event, CIPR, in collaboration with the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region, presented a joint booth for the second time, showcasing Russian solutions for the international market. The Russian delegation comprised representatives of leading technology companies, including MTS, 1C, Dao Tech, and STM Labs, as well as a number of Nizhny Novgorod companies that presented the region’s developments and achievements.
CIPR and Nizhny Novgorod Region Government Will Present Russian Technology Solutions in China for the Second Time
CIPR together with the Nizhny Novgorod Region Government will participate in East Asia’s largest technology exhibition, China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF-2024), which is scheduled to take place on November 14 to 16, 2024, in Shenzhen for the second time. The event will feature a joint booth showcasing Russian solutions for the international market. MTS, 1C Firm, Dao Tech, STM Labs, and a number of Nizhny Novgorod companies will present their products to demonstrate the developments and achievements of the region.
“It is of utmost importance for us to present the IT potential of Nizhny Novgorod Region at the international level. The companies operating within Nizhny Novgorod Region will present their latest developments. Furthermore, an interactive panel will be set up within the booth area, where visitors would be able to obtain information on training, employment, and professional development opportunities in our region. A particular focus will be on the Neimark IT Campus, regional technological advancements, the region’s economic potential, and the IT Marketplace portal,” stated Gleb Nikitin, Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region.
As a global technology platform in Russia, CIPR is focused on expanding international cooperation and fostering close interaction with BRICS and BRICS+ countries in the high-tech segment. For the second year, CIPR is organizing international business missions of Russian companies to global technology events, including the China Hi-Tech Fair. Foreign companies are also visiting CIPR for counter-dialogue with Russian colleagues. For instance, at this year’s CIPR conference, international attendees participated in all conference sessions. Delegates from 25 countries attended the event, with companies from China, the Republic of Belarus, and the Middle East showcasing their solutions at the exhibition. A number of Russian and international organizations signed international contracts for joint cooperation in the areas of ICT, cybersecurity, and export support.

– Fractal’s machine vision technologies for photo and video registration of traffic violations integrated into the Argentum hardware and software suite;
– Pi.One and flexiflow platforms from STM Labs are systems for working with large volumes of data, enabling the design of high-performance collection systems for the largest telecom operators in Russia;
– the multilingual platform ит-маркетплейс.рф from Gorky Tech, ANO, is a tool designed to facilitate the promotion of domestic digital technologies and developers in the international market. It serves as a platform for customer-contractor interaction. The interface is available in five languages: Chinese, English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese. The multilingual version was developed with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and the digital attaché service.
The China Hi-Tech Fair is the largest technology exhibition in China and the primary hub for technological advancements. The event is instrumental in the commercialization, industrialization, and internationalization of China’s high-tech achievements, facilitating economic and technological exchange and cooperation between countries and regions.
