CIPR Conference is launching a new tech festival, Tech Friendly Weekend. It’s a fresh format open to anyone keen on innovation. 5–8 June, technology is storming out of conventional conference rooms to fill Nizhny Novgorod’s key urban spaces, from the Nizhny Novgorod Fair grounds to the Vysota Youth Centre.
CIPR-2025 Conference Dates Have Been Shifted

Due to amendments in official delegations’ schedules, the Digitalisation of Industrial Russia (CIPR) 10th Conference is starting one day earlier than previously expected. The core event is now scheduled to take place 2–5 June 2025 in Nizhny Novgorod. All key conference activities will be held within the Nizhny Novgorod Fair grounds and at the Vysota Youth Centre.
The event’s business programme includes over 100 sessions covering digitalisation of key industries and cooperation with partner countries in the global market. Three pavilions will host a display of tech solutions, including those presented by international participants from BRICS and EAEU countries.
In addition to the CIPR Conference core event, the following activities are taking place in the Nizhny Novgorod Fair area:
- Global Digital Forum 5–6 June 2025 will bring Russian and international participants together, offer them a platform for dialogue and networking and enable them to establish fruitful partnerships.
- Tech-Friendly Weekend 5–8 June 2025 is a youth festival that is focused on popularising technology and innovation to a wide audience.
- CIPR Digital Award Ceremony: 2 June, awards will be presented to winning nominees in digital technology.
CIPR’s 10-year anniversary will be celebrated through shows and special partner events held both within the conference grounds and across the city.
OMG is the conference organiser. The event is supported by the Russian Government, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media and by the Government of Nizhny Novgorod Region.
