CIPR 2025: A Global-Level Cooperation & Integration

2–8 June, Nizhny Novgorod is hosting the Digitalization of Industrial Russia (CIPR) 10th Conference. This time, our event will once again assert its international status: members representing over 30 countries and major international groups are going to attend our business sessions and take part in our fair. Moreover, a Global Digital Forum is going to take place on the sidelines of the conference; this forum will serve as a platform where best practices can be shared and fruitful international partnerships established.
CIPR is a platform for communication and cooperation between countries which shape a digital future together. CIPR is gathering both Russian and international business executives in one place where they may discuss such current issues as import phaseout, export capacity and cross-border communications. This event is an important element in the promotion of Russia’s integration with friendly nations within a multipolar world in which Russia is one of the centres.
International dimension has been part of CIPR Conference for years now: our event has set up Russian businesses’ missions to the world’s major fairs while at home has been regularly attended by numerous international delegations. Over the years, this platform has emerged as a very useful channel to foster international business connections. This status is visible in the number of attendees who take part in discussions and showcase their achievements in the fair. This time, the conference is marking its 10th anniversary and will be attended by delegates from China, Serbia, Cuba, India, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Indonesia, etc.
‘Year after year, CIPR’s international presence has been steadily growing. In 2025, Nizhny Novgorod is hosting delegations from over 30 countries. We are looking forward to seeing our guests! We are putting much effort in fostering international connections for our city council and our IT professionals. Thus, Nizhny Novgorod IT enterprises that have benefitted from our Sunrise Accelerator programme are going to present their projects to international peers during the upcoming conference. On top of that, we are reinforcing our educational programme: at CIPR 2025, award ceremony will be held for an international IT contest we organised jointly with the Republic of Cuba,’ said Mr Gleb Nikitin, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
CIPR 2025 business programme will feature international sessions set up jointly with Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and United Nations Industrial Development Organisation. There, industry professionals and pundits will discuss current challenges and networking opportunities encountered while actually using digital technologies in the production sector and global supply chains building. A special focus will be made on matters related to participation of Russia’s entities and partner countries in international initiatives and projects aiming at accelerated growth of industrial capacities in the world’s developing regions. In addition, bilateral panel sessions will be held with Belarus and China delegations during the event.
‘CIPR is a key point of entry for Russian and international companies. It opens up an array of opportunities to foster fruitful, export-oriented cooperation in the global market. CIPR has a solid record of serving as an effective international platform. This is something we envisioned years ago, and now we’re seeing tangible results. This year, we are witnessing an enormous interest from our foreign partners and a potential for boosting cooperation and further integration at the global level. We’re going to continue developing international partnerships with the Global South and BRICS countries,’ said Ms Olga Piven, CIPR Co-Founder and Director.
Our fair is going to feature international solutions developed by companies from China, India, Cuba, and Belarus.
China will present solutions for the development of data storage systems, servers, and high-performance computing systems; smart technology and digital solutions with proprietary developments in 5G, big data, artificial intelligence and digital replicas; in addition, integrated environment-friendly technologies for chemical industry will be showcased.
Moreover, DAO Tech, Russian-based integrator of high-tech localisation projects, is going to participate in the fair. DAO is specialising in robotics, telecoms equipment (including mini base stations) and solutions for the automotive industry. DAO Tech closely cooperates with major Chinese manufacturers and is bringing some of its Chinese tech partners to CIPR.
India is going to showcase proprietary software-based services enabling users to execute search queries for and data mining of patent-related and research data.
The Republic of Belarus is going to present its advanced products and solutions for social welfare sector and utilities; ERP/PLM systems and CAD software will also be showcased.
Cuba’s advanced tech will be presented by as many as ten entities: the country’s fair booth will feature solutions for business, e-commerce, automation, metrology, civil airport management & operation, air safety, etc.
Moreover, the upcoming CIPR conference will for a second time host a specialised exhibition booth where the activities of digital attachés are presented. Digital attachés are the staff of Russia’s trade missions abroad who promote Russian IT products. This fair booth will provide a glimpse into Russia’s experience in this area of international cooperation.
Moreover, a Global Digital Forum is going to take place on the sidelines of CIPR conference 5–6 June; this forum will serve as a platform for cooperation in the tech sector.
