Description

Product:

EVOSCADA

Project essence:
Development of a highly loaded distributed SCADA platform for implementing solutions for monitoring and managing technological equipment from local systems to large distributed control centers, taking into account the unique requirements of Transneft ‘s production.

Key advantages:
high performance (1.2 million changes per second), service-oriented architecture, dynamic scaling, high level of reliability and security, specialized integrated storage and CI/CD pipeline, open for development by third-party integrators, and technological compatibility with solutions from major Russian software developers.

Functionality:
– Data collection and provisioning via industrial protocols at a rate of 1 million parameters per second
– Specialized data provisioning solutions: technological primitives, “three-window message log”, user-based message prioritization, multiple signal timestamps, and history player
– Specialized solutions for dispatching tasks: protection algorithms, mode control, automated control, and dispatcher assistant

UNIFIED LABORATORY INFORMATION SYSTEM

Project essence:
ULIS is designed to digitalize the quality control of oil and petroleum products.
The system has solved the transformational task of improving the quality and objectivity of measurements by digitalizing the entire process, from laboratory instruments through industrial internet technologies to the compilation of legally significant reporting documents and their submission to federal control and accreditation bodies.

Key advantages:
1) The life cycle report for oil/petroleum product samples is generated in 1 minute with a full set of documents. Previously, it could take up to one day.
2) The duration of issuing sample collection forms has been reduced from 8 minutes to 4 minutes.
3) The number of paper documents in labs has been reduced by more than 10 times (from 20,000 to less than 2,000 per year). With the introduction of mobile workplaces in 2025-2026, there will be almost no paper.

Impact:
ULIS is implemented in the oil and gas sector*, thus ensuring transparency in the control of oil and petroleum products quality by:
1) creating a unified approach to conducting laboratory tests of oil samples
2) synchronizing numerous state and industry regulations, as well as local standards of oil and gas companies
*A contract has been signed with Gazprom Neft for the development of ULIS and its replication in the company’s laboratories. The Unified Laboratory Information System is integrated with the Federal State Information System of Rosakkreditatsiya. This large-scale integration project changes the approach to interaction between testing laboratories and the government agency.
The integration of these two solutions creates a digital ecosystem where data on the results of oil and petroleum products testing, information on the equipment used, and lab technicians are transmitted automatically without the possibility of distortion.
