Industrial Control System «SILARON»

A fully Russian-developed continuous process control system, ready for deployment at critical infrastructure facilities, particularly in the energy sector and at industrial sites with continuous production cycles.

The next stage in the evolution of the process control system is a next-generation solution for more complex and technologically demanding production facilities, where requirements for safety, process predictability, and fault tolerance are significantly higher – primarily in petrochemicals, energy, and oil refining.

Specialized turbine control modules, support for digital protocols, and a SIL3-level emergency protection subsystem have already been integrated into the system.

T1’s solution serves as a technological foundation that enables coverage of those segments of industrial automation where virtually no domestic equivalents exist today.

CAE System (Computer-Aided Engineering) for Numerical Modeling in Engineering Calculations

Taumerics enables engineering analysis aligned with the most relevant requirements of high-tech industries.

The solution addresses the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade’s objective of localizing electronics manufacturing capabilities by providing Russian-developed simulation tools for electronics in the areas of heat transfer, electromagnetism, multidisciplinary analysis of printed circuit boards, and photonics.

Implementing CAE tools in the early stages of design helps improve development efficiency and reduce costs by minimizing the number of physical experiments and enabling early problem detection.

Taumerics delivers results from multidisciplinary task analysis that are comparable to its foreign counterparts while maintaining the same high level of accuracy.

HSC «Cloud»
A hardware-software complex for providing infrastructure based on a private cloud model

Enables rapid creation of corporate private clouds, ready for immediate use without complex configuration.
Provides IaaS-based access to IT infrastructure and supports the deployment of virtualized and containerized environments. Allows hosting of corporate applications and databases, as well as creation of scalable infrastructure services.

Deploying such an off-the-shelf solution enables resource optimization — financial, time, and labor — for high-load industries. The hardware-software package is included in the Unified Register of Russian programs for electronic computers and databases.
