Digital projects of Nizhny Novgorod region:
The operational and measuring complex (measuring complex PAMIR) of Dzerzhinsk combined heat power plant (CHPP) is intended for operational monitoring and analysis of the data on operation of Nizhny Novgorod Branch of PJSC Т Plus.
The complex includes collection, processing, storage of technological and production data from different-type local technological automated systems of production enterprises. The program provides information to the users through unified means of human-computer interface about condition of the technological equipment in the form of technological schemes, parameter trends, report forms.

Monitoring of Damageability of Heat Network, Prioritization of Re-laying of Heat Network
The systems are designed to manage the technical condition of the company’s heat network assets. Key features include:
• Automation of labor-intensive operations and elimination of duplicate functions of data entry in different systems.
• Improved reliability and efficiency of information.
• Maintenance of executive documentation in electronic form.

The automated heat supply control system is an integrated working environment of dispatch control over the process of generation, transportation and transformation of heat energy in the heat supply network in the city of Perm with a population of over 1 million people.
The system solves the following tasks:
1. Proactive search for technological parameters with deviations from the norm and identification of objects/sections of the heating network, where there is a failure to meet the requirements of the quality of heat supply even before the citizens contact the hotline, through technological signaling and Push-notifications
2. Performing operational investigation of the causes of abnormal situations, organizing emergency measures, and performing the current operation of technological assets at a new qualitative level, through end-to-end interaction in a single information space with data.
3. Calculation and formation of key performance indicators of the technological process, as well as automation of regular periodic reporting due to the subsystem of data analytics and automation of reports.
