Each year the company undertakes more than 300 digital projects, actively adopting cutting-edge technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) that enables faster and more accurate decision-making.

SIBUR places a strong focus on achieving technological independence. The company plays a key role in two industrial competence centers (ICCs) dedicated to the development of import-substituting software for process simulation and other mission-critical tasks.

Product

Digitalization covers all key business processes at SIBUR, including production, reliability and maintenance, sales and marketing, procurement, logistics, supply chain management, economics and finance.

SIBUR’s core solutions for managing production processes include RTO (Real-Time Optimization), APC (Advanced Process Control), ECONS digital decision-making system and smart video surveillance.

To ensure high equipment reliability and safety at production sites, SIBUR also uses such digital solutions as predictive diagnostics, IIoT platform, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), also known as drone services.

Marketing and sales teams rely on cross-selling calculators and recommendation systems for demand forecasting, product pricing and digital lead generation – all developed in-house by SIBUR.
