Product

MES “Metallurgy” is a digital platform for managing production processes, providing a seamless relationship between integrated planning, management, monitoring and control of production operations in real time.
The platform covers the full contour of business process automation systems for production in single-product mode, providing coverage of adjacent functional levels.
MES provides flexible configuration of processes and functions for specific purposes, taking into account the dynamics of business development. A special feature of the solution is low-code configuration, allowing you to create and modify business processes and enable or disable various functional modules without the need for programming, as well as standard solutions – pre-configured configurations and master data to reduce costs and product deployment times for specific types of production.

Production planning is a solution for automating planning processes and optimizing the company’s extensive supply chains. This is a modern approach to supply chain management that allows you to increase business efficiency by synchronizing plans at all levels – from strategic to operational. The advantages of the platform are iterative development, variability of use, the possibility of application for different industries, modularity of the system and a modern technological stack. The system automates end-to-end processes, combines them into a single understandable structure, covers a set of interrelated processes, provides a complex of interconnected processes that ensures the translation of the company’s strategic goals to the level of tactical, operational and detailed planning of production and supply chains, automatically generates a production and shipment plan for the entire technological chain from ordering to shipment of finished products, and allows for managing backlogs.

The software “Reliability” is a proprietary IT platform for strategic asset management and reliability-oriented maintenance (ROM) processes. It allows achieving the required level of equipment readiness with minimal maintenance and repair costs by conducting a criticality analysis, identification of risks and development of a maintenance program aimed at their minimization. “Reliability” allows solving a number of problems, such as reducing direct and indirect production losses associated with product quality and equipment condition, reducing losses from environmental impacts and industrial safety risks, effective management of maintenance and repair costs, reducing the proportion of failures caused by poor quality and untimely maintenance and repair, increasing the speed of maintenance and repair processes from the development of a maintenance strategy to its implementation.

Сomponents of Open automated process control system (open software PLC and integrated development environment)(IDE)). An open automated process control system is a system based on the principles of modularity, compatibility and interchangeability of components. It allows flexible use of elements from different manufacturers, being independent of a specific vendor, and provides easy integration with other systems through the implementation of international standard protocols and interfaces. These characteristics allow an open automated control system to scale both horizontally and vertically, which makes it promising for industrial applications. An open software PLC and an integrated development environment are among the key nodes of an open automated process control system and have freely distributable source code of the basic functionality. These components allow us to solve the following tasks: vendor and hardware independence, support for domestic and foreign operating systems, interchangeability of automated control system components and project scalability, project versioning. The products are designed for industrial automation of technological processes in Russia and abroad.
