One of the landmark projects is the replacement of the imported MES system, the PI System, with a domestic one based on the ZIIoT solution from the Digital Group of Companies. Since 2025, the Apatit production site in Cherepovets, Europe’s largest phosphorus-containing fertilizer plant, has been operating on a Russian solution. It contains more than 1 thousand mnemonic circuits, more than 50 thousand analyzed parameters, and this is only for one site. The platform is technologically superior to its foreign counterparts. Also, the platform has the ability to use AI. It is planned to scale this system to other PhosAgro plants.

In 2024, we also launched an ERP import substitution project: we are changing the “heavy” ERP system OEBS R12 to a domestic one based on the Global ERP product from Business Technologies. The uniqueness of our project lies in the fact that we did not simplify our business processes – that is, we went to the middle class of ERP systems. The test cost calculation in the new system took half an hour, while in the Oracle ERP it was considered up to 8 hours. The platform is less demanding on computing power.
