Description

Product:

“Galaktika MES” – Production planning and management.
“Galaktika EAM” – Production asset and reliability management.
“Galaktika ERP” – Resource planning and management.
“Galaktika ERP HR” – Human resource management.

The project is aimed at comprehensive digitalization and automation, as well as import substitution, for the entire scope of processes covering the full lifecycle of production assets — from the design and construction stage, through operation and repairs, to decommissioning and disposal. The project includes deep automation of Maintenance and Repair (MRO) processes for all rolling stock, track infrastructure, structures, facilities, and all associated equipment.

“Galaktika MES” (Manufacturing Execution System) is Russian software product for end-to-end management of production and supporting processes at industrial manufacturing enterprises. “Galaktika MES” scales to accommodate any production volume and complexity, outperforming alternatives that struggle with planning (capable of planning 20 million order operations in 5.5 hours). The solution enables synchronous planning of departments as a network of production and supply orders (APS planning), including inter-shop and inter-plant cooperation and optimization.

“Galaktika EAM” (Enterprise Asset Management) system is Russian information system for managing production assets, equipment maintenance, and repairs based on advanced MRO and RCM methodologies. The “Galaktika EAM” system allows for the classification of technical objects and management of tens of millions of assets (equipment units) at any enterprise. It automates the collection of monitored parameters and operating time, implements equipment technical condition monitoring, identifies critical assets requiring priority maintenance and repair based on various strategies, manages risks, and reschedules MRO activities considering constraints related to deadlines, budgets, regulatory requirements, and unplanned events.
