The technology makes it possible to account for the specifics of linguistic and cultural standardization, as well as to use national encryption algorithms.
Alt Platform is already actively used by international partners to create and distribute national operating systems in the public sector, critical infrastructure, science, education, and business.
The hardware and software complex for engineers includes: Loongson 3A5000 and 3A6000 processors; workstation manufactured by Norsi-Trans; the Alt operating system; and the Kompas-3D design system from Askon.
Comparative testing of Kompas-3D for Linux on Loongson and Intel Core i5 processors using the same graphics card showed a slight performance drop. The fundamental possibility of using the complex for engineering tasks, such as design, creation of electronic 3D models of products, and development of design documentation, was confirmed.
The engineering complex is built on the Chinese LoongArch64 processor architecture, independent of Western technologies. Loongson processors based on LoongArch64 have successfully passed specialized checks and testing, allowing them to be used in critical information infrastructure.
Specialists from Universoft-IT, with the support of BaseALT LLC, developed an operating system with a Uzbek language interface in a short time and ensured its compatibility with the software stack recommended for use in government organizations and commercial companies in Uzbekistan.
