About AFLT-Systems LLC
AFLT-Systems LLC is a subsidiary of PJSC Aeroflot, specializing in the development and implementation of digital solutions for civil aviation. The company supports the airline’s core technological processes, including flight operations automation, airworthiness management, crew interaction digitalization, and the development of domestic software tailored to the needs of Russian airlines.
Product:
Domestic System for Airworthiness and Maintenance Based on the KUPOL Platform
One of the key projects is the development of a domestic system for aircraft airworthiness (PLG) and maintenance and repair (MRO) based on the KUPOL platform, developed by “IC IAS.” This project is part of the Industrial Competence Center (ICC) for Aviation Transport and is expected to become a universal solution for the entire Russian aviation industry.
- Full process automation: The system covers all operations related to aircraft airworthiness, significantly simplifying the work of technical teams.
- Reduced aircraft downtime: Analytical calculations are accelerated dozens of times, enabling faster aircraft return to service.
- Electronic aircraft passport: A digital passport for each aircraft will be implemented via the KUPOL system – a groundbreaking innovation that ensures complete transparency regarding the technical condition of the aircraft.
Transition to Domestic Tablets and Software for Crews
Aeroflot is actively introducing Russian-made tablets with the domestic “Aurora” operating system and specialized software for flight and cabin crews. This transition not only replaces foreign equivalents but also opens new possibilities for crew workflow optimization.
- Cabin crew tablets: Over 7,000 tablets running the Aurora OS are equipped with CrewTab software, allowing flight attendants to access up-to-date information and coordinate with other services in real time.
- Electronic flight bag for pilots: A mobile app for pilots is in the final stages of development. Designed to run on domestic tablets, it will enable pilots to prepare for flights efficiently, access essential data, and perform tasks in real time. The system is scheduled for launch in 2025.
- FlyNav flight planning system: This innovative system will replace foreign counterparts, offering a universal tool for route planning and performing navigational-engineering calculations. FlyNav integrates the best features of similar platforms and ensures maximum accuracy and reliability.
The development of individual products, as well as the implementation and support of advanced solutions that are transforming the approach to aircraft maintenance and the digitalization of crew processes, are carried out by AFLT-Systems.
