At CIPR-2025, the Russian integrator DAO Tech signed a cooperation agreement with the Chinese Kuntu

On June 2, the first day of the “Digitalization of Industrial Russia” conference, a cooperation agreement was signed between Kuntu and DAO Tech. The ceremony took place at the DAO Tech booth and laid the foundations for a strategic partnership to facilitate the localization of high-performance computing equipment production in Russia.

The agreement between the parties provides for the creation and support of Russian-made computing equipment: 4th generation servers with support for up to 8 GPUs; dual-processor server platforms; data storage systems with intelligent software for capacity forecasting, diagnostics and energy management. DAO Tech will provide consulting support to the project, carry out technological scouting and build cooperation with domestic industrial partners necessary for the localization of equipment.

In addition, Kuntu and DAO Tech plan to test platforms based on Chinese chips in order to ensure technological stability and import independence. The cooperation will contribute to the development of local competencies in the production of IT equipment and the implementation of the goals of the national digital economy program.

In the future, the parties intend to deepen their partnership by expanding the pool of local manufacturers, investing in R&D and joint projects with industrial structures in Russia.

DAO Tech is a Russian integrator of projects for localization of high-tech products. The company specializes in robotics, telecommunications equipment and solutions for the automotive industry. The company cooperates with leading Chinese manufacturers and has brought to CIPR-2025 a number of its technology partners from China, including Kuntu LLC.

During the event, more than 300 agreements were signed, including those on IT cooperation with China, Cuba, Serbia, Iran, Myanmar, Kyrgyzstan and Equatorial Guinea.

The final of the international cybersecurity tournament in the Defense Challenge format took place at the CIPR-2025 conference in Nizhny Novgorod. The competition brought together teams from Russia, CIS countries, Africa, Southeast Asia and Latin America. The absolute leader of the championship was the team from Belarus, which scored a record 6,149 points for the effective protection of its infrastructure. The second place was taken by the participants from Russia (5,588 points), and the third place was taken by the team from Vietnam (5,280 points).
